Like so many others, my love for the ocean lured me to this beautiful place. Family beach vacations as a child created my dream to someday live at the coast, and that dream was realized in 1988 when I moved here from Raleigh. I was born & raised in the south, so Wilmington’s laid-back, friendly, & fun environment suits me perfectly!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoy the coastal lifestyle and all it offers. We love sharing beach days, fishing, and backyard barbeques with family & friends. Our son lives in Raleigh and is getting married this summer. We’re excited to welcome our future daughter in law to our family, and we hope to welcome several grandchildren in a few years. Rounding out our family is our dog Banks. He’s a lovable, snugly clown who keeps us laughing!

For me, business IS personal, and I believe knowledge & experience matter most when shared in a positive, friendly, open manner. I strive to treat others with the respect, value, & care that I would like to receive.

After many years as a teacher assistant at Forest Hills School, I began my real estate career in 1999, and as a real estate newbie I accidentally sold a condo at Carolina Beach. I say accidentally because that beautiful condo sold itself and I was lucky enough to be there! But that “first sale” excitement stayed with me and I was hooked on this rewarding career. I am so fortunate to have developed lasting relationships with so many clients over the years, and I value them tremendously.
